What is Permanent Make-up?

Permanent Make-up is the method of applying pigments into the dermal layer of skin as a means of producing designs that resemble makeup. Some of the most popular applications include, eyebrow design, eye liner, lip liner and full lip color.

Is it painful?

Our goal is to numb you making the procedure area completely numb or tolerable. Lip procedures require a dental block by one of our licensed registered nurses. The eyeliner is an over the counter numbing cream that is conducive to the pH of your eye.

How long does permanent makeup last?

The short answer would be between 2-8 years. It varies from person to person and depends on their color/ethnicity, individual body chemistry, and lifestyle. Over time you will see a gradual lightening of pigment and color touch-ups are recommended.  

What is the healing period like?

When you leave, the treated area will be substantially darker and bigger due to mild swelling. For 5-7 days following treatment you will need to keep the treated area very clean and apply a thin layer of ointment. During this healing period, you will notice the pigment settle into the skin and lighten. Most patients returne to their daily routines as normal.

What is microblading?

Microblading is a semi-permanent tattoo technique by a hand-held tool used to create hair-like strokes. Because its more superficial it is a very subtle, natural look lasting 6  months to a year.
